- Support Sales team to maintain Customer Master Data and Specific Information in ERP if required.
- Support Sales team to track and update item life cycle from NPI to business awarded if required.
- Responsible for full range of order management operations and activities, incl. handle all necessary documents andmaintainall relevant data in ERP inan accurateandtimelymanner.
- Responsible and follow-up all demand signals orders & agreement (Consignment, Delivery Schedule, KANBAN, Outline Frame Contract).
- Take physical inventory of consignment stock if required.
- Initiate special transport and follow-up packing list handling in cooperation with logistics.
- Ensure customer requirements are answered and delivered on-time through internal coordination with global offices and back up by intercompany tools.
- Support all activities related to claim handling relevant for order management.
- Manage own factory issues proactively with related teams. For partner supplier cooperate together with Supply Chain Management to push for solution and improvement.
- Support Engineering Questions (EQ) handling in-time.
- Cooperate pro-actively with related departments and launch early warning to customers and escalation messages to related parties.
- Monitoring order booking performance for assigned customers and closely work with customer to get an update forecast & share to suppliers if required.
- Analyse and compare the forecast & actual order booking of assigned customers to identify large deviation from the agreement and share to Sales Team for follow up action.
- Support and participate sales activities such as meetings, conduct customer visits if required.
- Track order management related KPIs and report to supervisor to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor supplier performances in terms of order processing and highlight deviations to related department.
- Analyse stock value in ERP, identify critical items such as slow movers and expiring shelf life .
- Monitor and follow-up on order status to ensure on-time, correct and in-full shipment.
- Monitor factory fill-rates and manage agreed capacities pro-actively according to set strategy.
- Follow up payment status with customer on regular base,work with customer/Sales to settle overdue payment (if any).
