- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Interesse an technischen Herausforderungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Java, Python, JavaScript, C++)
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Low-Code-/No-Code-Plattformen oder Automatisierungstools (z. B. Microsoft Power Platform, Zapier o. Ä.)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
