- Verify data from suppliers, record it in the system, and send quotations to customers.
- Assist the Business Manager in cost calculation.
- Communicate with Engineering team and Business Managers regarding new customer requirements.
- Manage incoming material quotations and analyze/create price matrix.
- Maintain and update the quotation information database.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MI (Manufacturing Instructions) for international orders.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Familiar with IPC standards and process workflows.
- Knowledgeable in the manufacturing processes of rigid PCBs, IMS, and HDI (experience with flexible PCBs and rigid-flex PCBs is preferred).
- Skilled in calculating PCB pricing, understanding PCB cost structures, and staying updated on current market price levels.
- Proficient in using Office 365, CAM, and CAD software.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant PCB-related major.
- Minimum of 2 years of PCB work experience in a PCB factory or trading company.
